WHAT ARE CHIROPRACTIC SERVICES?

Our offerings include exercise and sports medicine, MLS laser therapy, dry needling, and personalised exercise prescriptions. Through our Collaborative Care clinic, we’re dedicated to supporting your journey toward optimal health and overall wellness.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY APPOINTMENT?
It’s best to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for ease of movement. Depending on the nature of your examination, you may be asked to change into a gown.

HOW MANY VISITS WILL I NEED?
The number of visits varies depending on the condition and its severity. Some patients experience relief after just a few visits, while others may need ongoing care for chronic conditions.

WILL THE TREATMENT HURT?
Chiropractic adjustments are typically not painful. You may feel pressure or hear popping sounds, but these are normal and indicate the release of gas from your joints. Some patients may feel sore afterwards, similar to postexercise soreness.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING MY FIRST VISIT?
When you visit our practice for the first time, you will have an initial assessment with Mark. He will review the information you provided in the patient portal and questionnaires, and discuss his findings with you. Mark will evaluate your concerns and conduct several functional tests. Once the assessment is complete, he will outline your care options, treatment plan, and health goals. If you choose to proceed, you will receive your first treatment during this appointment.

HOW LONG IS THE FIRST VISIT?
Please allow approximately 45 minutes for your first visit.

HOW CAN I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST VISIT?
To prepare for your first visit, please fill out the provided forms on the patient portal, which includes information such as medical history and any medications you’re taking. This information can help your chiropractor understand your condition better.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
During your first visit, Mark will outline the cost and duration of your care plan and recommend an initial number of consultations strategically spaced to optimise your treatment outcomes.

Mark adjusts the plan based on frequency, timing, and session length. Some sessions may be longer to accommodate additional treatments, while others may be shorter and more frequent, or spaced further apart with exercise prescriptions.

He will also explain the costs associated with the plan, ensuring you understand the total expense.
