Welcome to our practice! We’re glad you chose us for your healthcare needs. Please use our patient portal to book appointments and complete our new patient paperwork and questionnaires.

Patients are requested to wear loose fitting clothing. If unable to do so, we offer gowns for your comfort.

If you require wheelchair access, please let our staff know, so we may make suitable arrangements.

The First Visit

When you come to the practice for the first time, you’ll have an initial assessment with Mark. He’ll go through the information you have provided in the patient portal and questionnaires, and discuss what has been found. He assesses your complaint and performs several functional tests.

After completing these, Mark will discuss your care options, the plan, and your health goals. If you decide to proceed, you’ll receive your first treatment at this time. Please allow about 45 minutes for this visit.

Financial Responsibility

Mark will discuss the cost and duration of your care plan during the first visit. He will recommend a certain amount of consultations initially, and spread those consultations out to maximise treatment as well as the treatment outcomes.

Mark manipulates the plan based on frequency, timing, and duration. Some sessions may be a bit longer, because we need to do more treatments. We might look at doing more frequent, shorter sessions, within a shorter period of time, or lengthen the time between sessions and offer more exercise prescriptions.

Then Mark discusses the costs involved with that plan, and what the overall cost will be at the end. The main thing is ensuring patients know they’ve got full control of how they want to move forward.

We make every effort to make care affordable for our patients with lower fees. We accept all major credit cards, except American Express.
